Head of Product
Position Overview:
The Postage is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the position of Head of Product. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive the success of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of product analysts, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient execution.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the best possible user experience.
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, using data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Represent the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, building relationships and promoting brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of proven success in product management, including a track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience working in agile development environments, with a focus on rapid iteration and continuous delivery.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and experiment with emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong leadership presence and executive-level presentation skills.
