The Postage Welcomes Lynn Atchison to Board of Directors
Tenured executive brings extensive financial and operational experience to The Postage
HOUSTON (May. 11, 2021) The Postage, a full-service digital platform and mobile app that makes end of life planning simple, has announced the addition of distinguished tech industry veteran Lynn Atchison to the company’s Board of Directors.
Lynn most recently served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Spredfast (now Khoros), a provider of enterprise social media management software. Prior to that, she served as the CFO of the online vacation rental marketplace HomeAway, Inc. (acquired by Expedia, Inc.) from August 2006 until March 2016. Lynn currently serves on the boards of Absolute Software, Bumble, Q2 Technologies and Convey. Additionally, she is an Advisory Partner with LiveOak Venture Partners and a member of the Austin Advisory Board Member with Texas Capital Bank.

During her tenure at HomeAway, Lynn oversaw more than 20 acquisitions, expansion into Europe, South America, and Australia, and an IPO on the NASDAQ in June 2011. Lynn was also instrumental in the sale of HomeAway to Expedia in December 2015 for $3.9 billion.
The Postage launched in October 2020, born from a desire to provide a simple, digital solution to organize and plan effectively for the unexpected.
